So, how do we sell items online for you?

We respond to your contact by arranging a time to come and meet you and see the goods. We are happy to provide identification on arrival if you would like.

We have a conversation with you, explaining the process of selling online. We clearly explain our fee structure and any terms or conditions that might apply to the method of sale that you select.

If you then wish to proceed with selling your items, we will photograph your items and number each for ease of identification at the end of the auction.

We will then take down details such as make and model, condition and a general description. We will also talk with you to find out any other details that you may be able to offer in relation to each item.

We will explain the pros and cons of starting with a reserve price, or starting with an open auction and we will note your preference.

We will then go away and write a detailed listing for your item. When this is complete we will list items online. Usually we will use eBay^TM, but on some occasions we may suggest other sites or methods by which to find good buyers for items.

When the sale is complete we will arrange for the items to be collected, or we will organise postage where appropriate.

We will then return with the payment for your items and collect the items.

It makes a very simple process from your end as well as  providing an easy, safe and friendly way for you to sell unwanted items.
